The Perfect Solution for Particle Size Measurements
Jul 25 2011
The Laser Particle Sizer ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec plus from Fritsch fascinates with an unachieved union of extra-wide measuring range 0.08 μm (80 nm) up to 2000 μm, high resolution, consistent reproducibility, marginal space requirements and a reasonable price. Any particle size measurement is only as good as its dispersion. For this reason, we place great importance on this aspect and bring all our experience to bear. Perfectly conceived dispersion units - Fritsch developed the ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec plus as an especially practical modular system with perfectly conceived units for dry and wet dispersion, for dispersion in a free jet or for combination with a small volume wet dispersion unit. When switching between wet and dry measurement, the measuring cell, which is located in a practical cartridge, can be easily exchanged – without changing any hoses or modifying the instrument. The cartridge you are not using now, can be easily stored within the dispersion unit.
Variable measuring range - with the ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec plus, users can easily and fully automatically choose between two individual measuring ranges or combine the two into a third option offering maximum flexibility and a total measuring range of 0.08 μm – 2000 μm in a single instrument with an outstanding resolution of up to 108 measuring channels. Full programmability - due to the especially flexible MaS control software, the entire measuring process of the ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec plus can be selected via Standard Operating Procedures SOPs or can be fully
custom-programmed to perfectly satisfy your requirements. The analysis of the measuring data takes place fully automatically according to standard reports or via the freely editable Fritsch report generator, which offers flexible options for displaying the measuring results according to your individual needs. The ANALYSETTE 22 MicroTec plus makes particle size measurement to the simplest thing in the world and this with extremely short analysis times, consistently reproducible and reliably comparable results in all fields of application for wet or dry measurement of particle size distributions.
