Laser Particle Sizers ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT

The FRITSCH ANALYSETTE 22 NeXT Nano is your Laser Particle Sizer, when it comes to the highest accuracy and sensitivity even with the smallest particles - with an extra wide measuring range from 0.01 to 3800 μm. And as Micro version an economy alternative for a smaller measuring range from 0.5 to 1500 μm.

The practical modular concept ranges from fast perfect dry dispersion to wet dispersion. The latter is also possible with particularly aggressive organic solvents. Or even patented pH measurement of the dispersing liquid during measurement, which covers fluctuations much better than the zeta potential. And that is only a part of the modules that are available.

Particle Sizer ANALYSETTE 28 ImageSizer

The ANALYSETTE 28 ImageSizer for dry and wet measurement is the ideal Particle Sizer for all applications that require accurate and reproducible measuring results for both particle shape and size. The optical process of Dynamic Image Analysis provides results for dry, free-flowing materials and bulk solids in a measuring range from 20 µm – 20 mm. And for suspensions and emulsion in a measuring range of 5 µm – 3 mm with multiple shape parameters and evaluation options. Ideal for uncomplicated quality control and a fast alternative to sieving.

The ANALYSETTE 28 ImageSizer can be combined with various sample funnels and feeders for measuring dry, free-flowing materials. To measure suspensions or emulsions, simply choose a wet dispersion unit - with or without ultrasonic box – suitable for your suspension liquid. With different lenses and the modular design, you are perfectly equipped for all measuring tasks.
