Plasmid Purification from Bacterial Cultures: Eppendorf Conical Tubes 25 mL for Better Results

Aug 29 2019

Plasmid purification from bacterial culture is a commonly performed protocol in life science labs. For medium preparations, 15 mL conical tubes are typically used.

In the new Application Note 427 'Optimisation of Bacterial Culture and Plasmid Purification with Eppendorf Conical Tubes 25 mL', it is shown that the bacterial culture productivity and DNA yields were much higher when using 25 mL tubes instead of standard 15 mL conical tubes.

Read in our Application Note how the new 25 mL tube format from Eppendorf significantly optimises handling drawbacks and enables achieving optimal results.
