Ductless workstations for fume control

Hemco Corporation's MicroFlow Family offers Class 1 ductless workstations with advanced carbon-filtered technology, designed to handle fumes, odours, and non-hazardous chemical vapours. These workstations feature a particle pre-filter and activated carbon filtration, ensuring effective containment of spills with their self-contained, recessed work surfaces.

The workstations are encased in a clear viewing shroud with a hinged safety panel, providing both product protection and user safety. A variable speed fan control system allows for high-speed airflow of 100 f/m through the sash opening, with adjustable medium and low settings for more delicate tasks.

Ideal applications include sample weighing, general chemistry with small volumes of common chemicals, individual workstations, tissue staining and processing, gluing and drying operations, solvent cleaning of electronic parts, soldering fumes and odours, school demonstrations, and forensic work.

The MicroFlow III measures 24” wide x 24” deep x 20.75” high, the MicroFlow II is 18” wide x 24” deep x 20” high, and the MicroFlow I is 12” wide x 18” deep x 14.5” high.
