Autoclave Range Improve Lab Sterilising Efficiency

Such is the potential for savings on energy and water usage, research grade laboratory autoclaves models from the Priorclave QCS range are much in demand. They have brought the benefits of their energy efficiency and proven reliability to many diverse industrial sectors such as food, drink, dairy, pharmaceutical, agricultural, education, healthcare as well as numerous research and educational institutes within the public sector where stringent budgetary control is essential.

The QCS range includes laboratory autoclaves with 100, 150 and 200 litre stainless steel sterilising chambers. Designed and manufactured by British company Priorclave, they have created a range that offers a larger diameter sterilising chamber than found in most cylindrical chamber designs yet achieve a compact overall build, keeping footprint to an absolute minimum. This affords organisation with limited floor space the opportunity still to invest in a fully featured laboratory autoclave and take advantage of their potential for savings on energy and water usage, key for those where stringent budgetary control is essential.

With a low loading height, wide door swing allowing easy loading of heavy loads from a trolley, advanced programming for simple to more complex sterilising tasks, effective use of power and water plus superb operator safety standards QCS front-loading sterilises are one of the safest and most efficient.

The very latest models in the QCS front loading autoclave range incorporate new advanced technology including the very latest version of the Priorclave TACTROL®3 controller. This is a significant up-grade, the new user interface features a hi-res digital display screen and offers a more streamlined approach to programming the sterilising settings.

These research grade laboratory autoclaves can also be equipped with Wi-Fi connectivity through Bee Live. This give the sterilisers immediate connectivity to a variety of Wi-Fi enabled devices such as Smart phones, tablets, iPads and laptops. Lab staff now have an opportunity to remotely monitor sterilising parameters during the processing cycle. Bee Live also allows authorised personnel a facility to alter, re-set programmed parameters and provide diagnostics for servicing.

The build quality and performance of the Priorclave QCS range is unquestionable - durable and reliable. It also incorporates epoxy coated panels and frame members treated with an antimicrobial agent that is effective against many bacteria and fungi including MRSA, E.coli, Listeria, Legionella, Campylobacter, Salmonella and Pseudomonas. Essential to help prevent cross contamination in a critical research laboratory

Introducing a Priorclave QCS laboratory autoclave and research steriliser into any laboratory will enable it to improve throughput and reduce running costs.

The QCS range of horizontal cylindrical chamber autoclaves designed and produced by Priorclave at its UK manufacturing facility are among the most energy efficient research grade laboratory autoclaves currently available.

The QCS models are just part of an impressive autoclave range, a range that also includes free-standing front-loading cylindrical and rectangular machines, power-door, double-door and stackable sterilisers. Standard models and those with vacuum including vacuum options offer capacities from 40L up to 850L; however, as a dedicated autoclave design and manufacturing company Priorclave have produced bespoke designs with chambers of more than 7500 litres.
