A Dynamic Light Scattering Particle Size Analyser for Nanotechnologies.

The LB-550 Dynamic Light Scattering Particle Size Analyzer, from Horiba Jobin Yvon, has been designed with nanotechnologies applications in mind.

The LB-550 has a revised detector system with increased sensitivity, allowing a lower minimum sample and extended the measured size range to 0.001-6 microns. Upper concentration limit is 40% solids, eliminating dilution errors and sample preparation steps. The temperature-controlled cell holder now has a range of 5-70 degrees C for samples where size may change with temperature.

The LB-550 remains the fastest and most flexible particle size analyser for the nanometer range, providing an accurate measurement of the full distribution of sizes automatically in less than two minutes.
