New CILAS Particle Size Analyzers include a new electronic conception which permits a full remote control through the “Size Expert “software, a reduction of thermal wasting, energy consumption and compliance with ROHS standard (environmental standard).
The new design product range includes the Dry Jet Dispersion unit inside one cover to enhance cleanliness and safety and benefits from technical improvements in dry and wet dispersion units.
All parameters can be selected precisely: In wet mode, pump and stirrer speed can be totally controlled by the user in order to automate the measuring process.
In dry mode, a new patented vibrating system permits to improve powder flowding thanks to an adjustable frequency and duty cycle of the vibrating system. The refining of the air pressure is possible with a new digital regulation to optimize the particle dispersion.
