Ankersmid offers an analyser, the EyeTech, which enables users a 2 in
1 technologies approach. This, to determine particle size, particle
shape (morphology), and if needed even an idea of concentration
too! The system uses a unique combination of a laser, and dynamic
shape analysis (DSA) by a CCD camera, whilst “seeing is believing!”
Many industries can benefit using the unique LOT (Laser Obscuration
Time) technology plus DSA to their advantage, while the LOT
technology is not interfered by optical or physical parameters, and
does not need any pre-knowledge of the sample, such as Refractive
Index, Absorbance Index, etc.,
Intelligent controlled analysis software enables users to get full information about the investigated particles, which you haven’t been
able too before. In addition to this, you’ll get all shape parameters (>60) as per the ISO/CD 9276-6, in a clear 'object database' for
describing the particles shape/morphology in all detail.
