The European Light Microscopy Initiative (ELMI) is an internationally recognised meeting on light microscopy for the life sciences. Newest findings and applications are presented by leading scientists and are complimented by cutting edge developments in technology made available through hands-on workshops. This 'must attend' event is set in the historical yet bustling city of Leuven, a blink of an eye from the heart of Europe.
ELMI was created in 2001 to establish a unique communication network between European scientists working in the field of Light Microscopy and the manufacturers of their equipment.
The meeting will include conference sessions, company hosted workshops, a poster session and a company exhibition. Participants with any level of experience would benefit from attending this meeting.
Scientific Organising Committee: Sebastian Munck (KULeuven), Chris Guerin (VIB) and Geert Van Minnebruggen (VIB).
