Scientific Service Champions

New ?Scientific Service Champions' have been nominated at all key sales and service hubs around the globe. These service champions have undergone extensive training at the domnick hunter manufacturing facility in Gateshead (UK) in preventative maintenance and lifetime performance validation of the domnick hunter laboratory gas generator range.
The training is part of a wider initiative to improve customer support. All sales and service hubs are now offering a wide range of preventative maintenance contracts to meet all end-user needs.
Service contracts range from simple emergency breakdown cover to extended warranties and fully bespoke service.
All domnick hunter products are carefully designed to meet the demands of their intended application and are manufactured in an ISO 90001:2000 quality environment. However, laboratory gas generators contain a number of moving parts, which makes periodic maintenance vital. Our unique service offers real value by combining maintenance and performance validation with optional warranty extension, thereby providing our customers with a complete care package throughout the product life cycle.
Customer support can be particularly critical in the scientific arena where accurate trials depend on properly-working instrumentation and test results can, quite literally, be a matter of life-or-death. With local specialised support and service exchange programmes we aim to get customers back online within 24 hours.
