Chemical Resistant Diaphragm Pumps

The new generation of modular design, intelligent vacuum technology, integrating variable frequency pumps developed and produced by Wiggens are both compact and lightweight. The pumping speed of the diaphragm pump can be adjusted via the frequency conversion motor and controller which ensures the vacuum pressure is controlled with greater accuracy. With self-tuning PID technology the controller automatically changes the PID value according to the artificial intelligence logic algorithm, accurately adjusting the motor speed and stabilising the precise vacuum pressure. The maximum flow rate in this series measures up to 95L/min, and the ultimate vacuum down to 1mbar. All parts in contact with gas and condensate are made of high-quality PTFE and the gas chamber and drive chamber are separated and sealed to ensure a long life of the mechanical parts.

This series of chemical resistant vacuum pumps are suitable for the treatment of corrosive gases in the chemical, pharmaceutical and petrochemical sectors as well as other industries, such as, extraction, vacuum distillation, rotational evaporation, vacuum concentration, centrifugal concentration, solid phase extraction to name a few. High protection level and multiple communication options suitable for various industry and laboratory applications are featured along with with a space-saving structure, efficient energy conservation and environmental protection.
