Digital Thermoregulator Takes Thermoregulation to the Next Level

Oct 12 2016

Velp presents the Vertex Digital Thermoregulator VTF EVO, the innovative solution that takes temperature control to the next level. VTF EVO and its TEMPSoftTM software are a complete Data Logging System compliant with GLP Good Laboratory Practice and can be connected with the most common hot plate stirrers such as Velp Arex, Arex Digital PRO and Arec.X for unparalleled performance.

State-of-the-art technology, flexibility and reliability are the pillars of the development of this unique product. The VTF EVO is the only thermoregulator to offer the possibility to send the data directly from the hot plate stirrer to a computer and to allow a bi-directional communication end-to-end thanks to wireless technology.

The VTF EVO is ideal for a wide range of applications and meets the most demanding requirements in terms of precision, reliability and flexibility of use. Thanks to the Fuzzy Logic technology, it automatically adjusts the thermoregulation to different factors such as power, load and thermal dispersion.

The Wireless DataboxTM, connected to the computer, enables the data transfer and the communication. For the first time the operator will be able to control the temperature and to manage all the parameters of up to 10 different VTF EVO thermoregulators directly from the PC.

The TEMPSoft™ is an extremely intuitive software able to receive the temperature logs and to manage the VTF EVO directly from the PC. This easy–to-use software guarantees the complete control of the thermoregulation activities and thanks to the real time graph all the processes are visible at a glance.

With the VTF EVO it is possible to set temperature ramps (different time and temperature) and set points (with minimum and maximum temperature alarm thresholds) enhancing the overall performance of the thermoregulation process. The VTF EVO ramps and set points avoid thermal shocks and ensure a wider application range where automation and accurate temperature control is required.
