Discover Efficient Environmental Control for your Samples

Aug 17 2012

Following the recent formation of Panasonic Biomedical Sales Europe BV (PHCBEU), the newly branded life sciences solution supplier made a splash at Achema 2012 with a wide range of conservation, incubation and sterilisation products for the laboratory. In bringing together healthcare ranges and expertise from Panasonic Healthcare (PHC) and Sanyo E&E Europe BV, the new organisation is well positioned to support customers looking for high quality, energy-efficient equipment for biomedical sample development and storage. The company recently introduced the complete product range throughout its global distributor network at a Dealer Meeting in Wiesbaden, Germany on 18-21st June 2012.

“Visitor response at Achema was hugely positive,” said Marketing Manager Ton Schipperheijn. “It is clear that we have a bright future having gained such strong expertise and products with proven performance and reliability. Our extensive range includes water cooling techniques for refrigeration equipment, the most energy-efficient 700L ULT freezer, peroxygen (H2O2) decontamination for incubators, a CardioHealth Station and 3D monitors for operating rooms.”

While the Dealer Meeting last month was the first held under the Panasonic banner, for many the company’s relationships are based on a 20 year history. The Wiesbaden meeting saw 70 representatives from 41 distributors across 36 countries who came together to celebrate the previous successes as Sannyo and look forward to the future success of Panasonic Biomedical.

“We look forward to further strengthening relationships, both personal and professional,” said Mr Schipperheijn.

Panasonic Biomedical’s product lines include V.I.P. ultra-low temperature freezers, cryogenic freezers, pharmaceutical and medical refrigerators, cell culture incubators, plant growth chambers, and portable autoclaves.
