Modern, Integrated Control of Chamber Conditions for Cell Culture

The In-Vitrocell offers microbiological laboratories performing cell culture with a holistic control of chamber parameters and a multi-layered defense against contamination. Unlike some incubators that may only control a small number of parameters, our family of direct heat incubators includes models that can directly control temperature, CO2 levels, O2 levels, and relative humidity all in one chamber. The air pump constantly recirculates chamber air through a separate bay located under the chamber where a HEPA filter cleans it and gas sensors measure its CO2 and O2 levels. The air is then returned to the chamber after going through a humidity reservoir if more humidity is needed. Unlike some incubators that may focus on a handful of contamination control features, the In-Vitrocell not only includes preventive features such as HEPA filtration but also corrective contamination control such as a choice of two decontamination cycles on most direct heat models. Smooth chamber surfaces make wipe down simple, while a modern touch screen lets the user easily enter chamber setpoints and a USB port facilitates easy download of historical data.
