Where Quality meets Efficiency – The new CellGard NU-480 Laminar Flow Class II,Biological Safety Cabinet features the unique TOUCHLINK Electronic Airflow Control System that monitors and controls all cabinet functions. The control system is a selfcontained micro-processor module that performs the following functions: Controls blower motor; monitors, displays and controls interior downflow and inflow velocities; monitors for high or low airflow alarm conditions; real time clock display and timer functions; controls lights and outlets; control system automatically compensates for filter loading; voltage variances and other environmental effects; remote contact outputs for interaction with HVAC systems, energy saving night setback mode, window, ultraviolet light, and auxiliary alarms; optional chart recorder outputs; and complete diagnostic functions.
The NU-480 has several new ergonomically designed features for user comfort and adjustability to eliminate awkward posture, the service valves have been staggered on the sidewalls making them easily accessible, relieving arm, neck and shoulder strain, frameless polished edge windows offering greater visibility, better sight lines, reducing eye fatigue. Ergonomic Chair, Footrest, and Motorized Base Stands to raise or lower the work surface within an eight inch range to alleviate bodily strain and increase safety conditions for laboratory professionals.
The NU-480 has an exclusive Auto Decontamination Cycle, Decon 101. The 10-degree sloped window ensures that the work area is completely sealed during this process. The TOUCHLINK system provides step-step instructions to aid in proper Decon techniques.
Experience Constant Contamination Control (C3) – NuAire’s CO2 AutoFlow Incubators offer the highest level of performance and dependability for optimum cell growth conditions. The DHD AutoFlow NU-5510 CO2 incubator utilizes a digital, solid-state programmable microprocessor infrared [IR] CO2 sensor; dual temperature sensor probes; and various status alarms that make necessary corrections to the chamber environment supporting chamber uniformity and quicker recovery times. The interior chamber walls are lined with high tech R5 insulation for temperature stability and energy efficiency. Every AutoFlow incubator utilizes a 99.99% HEPA filtration system ensuring a Class 100 air quality inside the work chamber. The interior chamber is maintained at a positive pressure similar to an ISO Class 5 Cleanroom. AutoFlow offers a smaller footprint with largest amount of usable interior space (6.65 ft3). Dual sterilization cycles, 95°C humidified or 145°C dry, are useful for cell line changes or when working with hazardous agents.
