Stability and Photostability Tests Made Easy
Aug 29 2014
LTE Scientific, one of the UK’s leading manufacturers and suppliers of laboratory testing and sterilisation equipment recently launched the new generation of Aralab Stability and Photostability chambers in the UK, which have been specifically designed for tests in accordance with GMP, FDA and ICH guidelines.
After years of development and constant customer feedback, the renewed product range meets the most demanding requirements for tests in the pharmaceutical, food and cosmetic industries.
Due to sophisticated and flexible control technology and internal aerodynamics, these chambers offer and exceptional temperature and humidity uniformity. For stability tests in accordance with ICH Q1A, they cover a temperature range from 0°C to 45°C and a relative humidity range from 30 to 95%.
The new 600 PLH-R model, equipped with UV and VIS illumination and integrated radiometer and light sensors, can perform photostability tests in compliance with standard ICH Q1B option 2 in a completely autonomous way.
To make it even easier, all operations are effortlessly configured on the new ClimaPlus® colour touch-screen interface. The solution is completed with the FitoLog® software: an FDA 21 CFR part 11 compliant software package, where all operating data, programs and alarms can be remotely monitored and managed on a computer.
The Aralab range perfectly complements LTE’s Environmental room business which provides bespoke solutions for clients looking for close control temperature and humidity rooms for incubation, BOD, controlled storage and stability studies.
