Improve your sample digestion efficiency with G Wave Plus

G Wave can prepare inorganic samples for ICP, ICP-MS and AAS, and it offers safe and fast method of sample digestion. EPA method and other various methods are pre-loaded in G Wave, so that a lab researcher can easily chose one of the methods, and a lab researcher also edit existing method or create new method as well.

Main platform design for enhanced durability and safety

316L stainless steel cavity is resistant to acid-corrosion, and multiple layer of Teflon-coated inside of the instrument ensure durability of G Wave for a long period of time. The basic platform of G Wave is safely designed based on lots of experiments on a three-dimensional explosion mechanism. During the system operation, if the door is suddenly open, G Wave automatically stops to protect a lab researcher safely from microwaves. Cooling systems with high-efficiency turbine fans quickly cool the instrument to make it more efficient.

Up to 40 high pressure resistant sample vessels

G Wave plus model is basically equipped with 40 high pressure resistant sample vessels and it can be replaced with 12 vessels which has bigger volume. Automatic pressure release out of vessel and re-sealing technology can maintain appropriate level of inner pressure in sample vessels so that could remove risk of explosion caused by high pressure. And G Wave is the perfect solution for high throughput and high pressure digestion.

Precise temperature control with fiber optic sensor and IR sensor

Dual beam IR Sensor on top of multi-core fiber optic senor precisely detect temperature of the inner vessels ensuring even heating for all sample vessels. As the fiber optic sensor of 2mm diameter is Teflon-coated, it is anti-corrosive, and the curvature design of the sensor prevents damage caused by unexpected folding.

High-precision semiconductor pressure sensor

The advanced high-precision semiconductor pressure sensor accurately detects pressure with precision ±0.01MPa, and a Teflon tubing which delivers vessel pressure to the pressure sensor is anti-corrosive.

Convenient user interface with 7” wide touch screen

The software is preloaded with sample digestion methods like EPA, FDA21 CFR Part 11 and others, and additional methods can be added and edited. G Wave pro has 8G storage space, and data, method and other information can be saved and shared with other users through cloud service. During sample digestion temperature and pressure curve are displayed on 7” wide touch screen in real-time.
