Let Anachem Help You to Reduce Your Risk of RSI with Our Good Pipetting Practice Ergonomics Seminar
Apr 18 2013
Did you know that pipetting for just over an hour a day over the course of a year is enough to put you at risk of developing a Repetitive Strain Injury (RSI)? And that these risks tend to increase with workload and age.
To help you understand and reduce your risk of developing a RSI related injury, Anachem offers an Ergonomics Training Seminar. It covers all aspects of pipetting ergonomics and includes demonstrations of different pipetting techniques and explanations as to why you should use these different techniques depending on your sample type. Plus showing you how to ensure you are obtaining the best accuracy and precision in your work.
The 30 minute hands on sessions is conducted by one of our GPP experts who will train you and your team at your Institute. The session can be tailored to you exact requirements to ensure you receive the help and advice where you feel it is needed for your team.
Anachem’s Good Pipetting Practice (GPP) programme also provides a variety of other seminars which can take place along side the Ergonomics session. These include the Evaluation & Selection of the Right Tools for Your Liquid Handling Work, Pipetting Techniques and The Importance of Calibration & Routine Maintenance. Each session includes hands on participation to ensure you get the most of out of the training and all session can be tailored to your Institute’s specific requirements.
