Kaye - Equipment for Validation, Monitoring and Cold Chain Logistics to Support COVID-19 Vaccine Manufacturers and Medical Device Suppliers
May 01 2020
Continuity of your pharmaceutical product manufacturing process has never been so important yet so challenging. Kaye can ensure that you have constant access to the latest thermal validation technology. Kaye Products are designed to meet the most demanding requirements for process improvement, thermal validation and environmental monitoring.
Select the right System to meet your specific validation needs ensuring your critical products are safe.
Cold Chain Monitoring during Transport
The Coronavirus outbreak is creating major challenges for global transportation.
How can Kaye support you, to make sure your increasing demand in shipments of pharmaceutical products are safe?
The Kaye Log NFC Data Logger enables full temperature traceability during the transport of temperature, or temperature/humidity sensitive products. Upon arrival of the package, a Go/No Go LED (that can be personalised) immediately indicates if the cold chain has been breached. The whole temperature/humidity history can then be directly accessed from any smartphone equipped with the NFC technology, along with GPS and shipping information.
Validation – Calibration – Monitoring and Cold Chain – are key steps in your pharmaceutical product manufacturing process and involves many factors like
- Wired or Wireless
- Temperature Range
- Accuracy
Wired - Advanced Validation Technology
The Kaye Validator AVS (Advanced Validation System) combines accurate sensor measurements with all GMP requirements for calibration and traceability to national standards, while generating compliant reports and managing the validated assets and validation equipment. The Validator AVS offers improved hardware features, an easy to use data handling concept and an intuitive, user-friendly software interface.
Wireless - Lifting Real Time Validation to the Next Level
Kaye ValProbe® RT (Real-Time) is a wire-free real-time process validation and monitoring system designed around the measurement and reporting requirements of the most intensely regulated industries.
It is a state-of-the-art validation system design that meets industry and regulatory (FDA / GAMP) requirements for thermal validation. The ValProbe RT system combines high accuracy measurements, automated sensor calibration, an intuitive metro style user interface, and extensive reporting to simplify the complete validation process.
The ValProbe RT family of data loggers provide accurate, convenient, and reliable process measurement for a wide range of pharmaceutical, and medical device applications.
Calibration Equipment
Pharmaceutical and biotech processing is no place for uncertainty in measurements. System performance data is only as good as the accuracy of the baseline measurement. Good calibration practices using precise, traceable references are critical for achieving the highest level of measurement accuracy and complete understanding of process parameters ‘. Kaye Dry Wells, Baths and IRTD Temp Standards offer unparalleled accuracy over a wide temperature range and reliability to meet your validation and calibration needs.
Environmental Monitoring – Protect your Critical Assets
Kaye is offering complete Monitoring & Alarming Solutions to Protect Your Critical Assets. No matter how complex or simple your monitoring needs may be, Kaye understands these unique requirements and offers with Kaye LabWatch a solution to automate the monitoring, alarming, and data collection for your critical assets with wired base or wireless based hardware components.
