New ACQUITY UPLC Column Chemistry from Waters
Jan 12 2010
The new ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide columns are hydrophilic-interaction chromatography (HILIC) columns specifically designed to retain and separate very polar acidic, basic and neutral compounds that cannot be retained using reversed-phase chromatography.
ACQUITY UPLC BEH Amide columns feature:
- ultra-low column bleed and extremely long column lifetimes
- compatibility with high pH (up to pH 11) mobile phases and all modern detection techniques including ELS, UV, MS and fluorescence
- ability to separate a wide range of carbohydrates using gradient UPLC/MS in ESI- ionization mode.
