New Reference Standards Catalogues Launched at Pittcon 2015

Apr 01 2015

Leading manufacturers of the world’s most popular Certified Reference Standards launched their new product catalogues at the recent Pittcon Conference in New Orleans. Both Chem Service Inc and High Purity Standards Inc took the opportunity to share their new product catalogues with their customers.

Chem Service, established in 1962, is accredited to ISO Guide 34:2009, ISO/IEC 17025:2005, and registered and certified to the ISO 9001:2008 Quality Management System for the design, development, production, distribution and servicing of organic neat and synthetic reference materials. More than 95% of Chem Service’s Standards Grade materials have a certified purity of 98.0% or greater and do not require purity corrections when preparing solutions for use with EPA, USTM, UST and numerous other international methods.

High-Purity Standards has proudly served the scientific community for the past twenty years with high quality spectrometric standards and reference materials for AAS, ICP, ICP-MS, GC, GC-MS and IC, and has now expanded their stocked reference materials to include ISO Guide 34 multi-component organic reference materials. Approximately one half of High Purity Standards business is in the preparation of custom blends and difficult to prepare special mixtures. In addition, High Purity have expanded their Organics lab. It’s now bigger and better to meet increased demand.
