Statement of Support
Mar 26 2020
Fisher Scientific’s Electron Microscopy business has issued a statement on support during the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) outbreak, with guidelines on visits to customer’s sites.
“We are working with government agencies and researchers globally to ensure priority access to instruments, consumables, safety supplies and other products to support the response, particularly in analysis of the virus, detection and personal protection.
“We are closely monitoring this rapidly evolving situation and any potential impact on our business to ensure we can continue to manufacture and deliver the products and services you rely on. This includes carefully managing our inventory, production and supply chains.
It is critical for us to keep our customers and employees safe and to have a protocol for dealing with issues," said Matthew Abbene, Vice President Global Sales and Service Materials Structure and Analysis.
