For Every User. Every Image. Every Time.
UVP’s BioSpectrum® Imaging System with VisionWorks®LS Imaging Software enables protocol personalization. Automated control of lighting and optics. Sample positioning via motorized platform. Extensive workflow optimization. Powerful image analysis.
BioSpectrum - one advanced system enabling superior image capture for all your chemiluminescence, bioluminescence, fluorescence and colorimetric applications. The system offers speed, sensitivity and accuracy for performing image capture and analysis of blots, plates, gels and other samples. For applications such as chemiluminescence, no film is required; the system is faster than film for chemiluminescence. The low light camera sensitivity enables excellent image capture. The AutoExpose function automatically selects the perfect image exposure while achieving the widest dynamic range possible and the best quantitative analysis of bands.
The system features:
- Assortment of CCD cameras including deeply cooled cameras
- Motorized optics
- User-define and pre-set automated templates
- Light-tight darkroom with software-automated controls
- Epi UV and white light
- Transillumination UV and white light
- Five-position filter wheel with three emission filters
- VisionWorksLS software for image capture and quantitative analysis
The BioSpectrum is the only system needed for multiple imaging applications. Systems are configured to meet your applications and budget requirements.
