Quality Meets Efficiency
Jul 04 2012
New DR 6000 UV-VIS Spectrophotometer delivers top performance in the laboratory for routine and demanding photometric applictions.
Laboratories are faced with the challenge of continuing to deliver correct analysis results despite a lack of resources and increasing sample sizes.
The DR 6000 is a complete UV-VIS Spectrophotometer with high-precision optics. The intuitive menu on the 7“ colour touchscreen allows you to enter and calibrate your own methods in just a few quick steps. For simple data processing and fast data retrieval, the DR 6000 has three USB ports and an Ethernet inter-face for real-time data transfer. The DR 6000 is LIMS-compatible (Laboratory Information Management
System).
The 240 factory pre-programmed methods, such as TOC, surfactants and nutrient parameters offers simple and efficient analysis. Ready-to-use reagents from HACH LANGE guarantee quality and are officially
recognised as an alternative standard method. The coordinated system of reagents and DR 6000 greatly reduces the number of working steps.
The DR 6000 Spectrophotometer reads the cuvette barcode, automatically identifies the cuvette and calls up the corresponding calibration curve. With the help of RFID technology, it documents the durability of the
cuvettes and ensures the traceability of your analyses.
Application packages open up further opportunities, such as in drinking water and brewery analysis.
Combined with fast scans and simple LIMS set-up, the DR 6000 allows laboratories to make effective cost and time savings.
