VICI DBS generators produce superior hydrogen, nitrogen, and zero air with reliable long life cells. HP Tower Nitrogen Generator

The HP Tower Nitrogen Generator produces a 24/7 on-demand supply of high purity nitrogen with a Flow Rate from 500 to 4,000 m/min, Purity up to 99.999% & <0.1ppm, and THC Pressure up to 5 bar.            

The HP Tower Nitrogen Generator can be installed in the lab close to the instrument, thus eliminating the need for long gas lines from external cylinder supplies.       

Nitrogen is produced by utilising a combination of filtration and pressure swing adsorption (PSA) technology. Standard compressed air is filtered by high efficiency coalescing filters to remove all contaminants down to 0.1ppm. For ultra sensitive applications such as GC -FID and GC -ECD, units also include the additional heated catalyst module to ensure hydrocarbons are removed to <0.1ppm. The air then passes through two columns filled with a carbon molecular sieve (CMS) which adsorbs O2, CO2 and moisture. These are desorbed into the atmosphere during the pressure swing cycle leaving a supply of ultra pure nitrogen.                                         

GT Ultra Air Generator

A continuous, on-demand supply of ultra zero grade air removes the logistics, inconveniences, downtime and costs of a cylinder.

Free from THC, CO, CO2, NOx & SOx, the Ultra GT Zero Air Generator is ideal for CEM, process analysers, TOCs and FT-IR applications, offering a stable baseline with increased sensitivity. It produces a continuous supply of ultra zero grade air with a Flow Rate from 1 to 30 lpm Purity and Pressure of 4.5 to 10 bar.

With no moving parts, the Ultra GT is noise-free and less prone to breakage, making the generator reliable for the long term and easy to install directly in the laboratory or online.

An external air supply is pre-filtered by high efficiency coalescing filters to remove water, oil and unwanted particles.

A self regenerative PSA drying module removes water vapour, CO and CO2. A customized scrubber is designed specifically to remove NOx and SOx, making it ideal for all analysers, TOC and specialised detector applications.

NM 1000 Plus Hydrogen Generator

A hydrogen generator from VICI DBS, the NM Plus 1000 Hydrogen Generator enhances the high performance of the PG Plus with the addition of a unique no-maintenance purification system, resulting in ultra high purity carrier grade gas. The highly sophisticated software control and safety alarm capability maximize the benefits of using hydrogen carrier gas while minimising the safety concerns.

With a flow rate of 1000 mL/min and 11 barg outlet pressure, only one generator is needed to supply up to 25 GCs with detector gas.

VICI DBS's proprietary PEM (Proton Exchange Membrane) increases the performance and lengthens the life of the 100% titanium cell. In addition, the Nafion membrane drying system eliminates the necessity for desiccant cartridges while also reducing overall downtime and cost.
