See howThe ChemiDoc-ItTS3 Imagers simplifyfeatures simple and automated imaging with ultra-sensitive deeply cooled, CCD 8.1MP cameras (-57?C), for the finest detection and capture of chemiluminescent western blots, fluorescent westerns, colorimetric gels, and multiplex gels and samplesimaging.
Imagers feature are equipped with a large 15.6” touch interface and easy- to- use software, with interface to select capture modes, AutoExposure tool and One-Touch templates for automation of capture settings. Several settings Modes optimise image capture with numerous integration/exposure settings and the capability to capture a sequence of images. The software features new and advanced compositing tools for multi-channel image capture.
The darkroom contains a new height adjustable blot tray for close-up imagingSelect and save desired settings as One-Touch templates which can be recalled later to save time when conducting repeat experiments. . Filter selection is easy and automated in a five position filter wheel. The ChemiDoc-ItTS3, is now upgradeable for expanded applications. Add a BioLite® Light Source to support RGB, Near IR and other multiplex applications. Several uniform, high-intensity lighting options are available. Base UV lighting options include 1 UV (302nm) or UVP’s patented, 3™UV (254/302/365nm) technology. Transilluminator sizes range from 21x26cm to 25x26cm. Overhead white lighting is included, with optional UV and blue light.
Software is available in multiple languages: English (standard), Chinese (simplified), Turkish, Japanese, Spanish, Korean, Russian, Portuguese and German. Conveniently save images to the iImager, to USB or a network computer.
