Software Provider Hosts European and American User Group Meetings

May 23 2012

A leading sample management software provider, Titian Software, has announced two 2012 User Group Meetings (UGMs) for its industry-renowned Mosaic™ sample management software.

The first of these will take place in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, from 23–24 May, following directly on (at 4:30pm) from the close of the IQPC Compound & Sample Management 2012 Conference. The US meeting will occur on 12–13 June in Boston, MA, USA. Mosaic users can sign-up for either the EU or US meeting free of charge, by contacting angela.cunniff@titian.co.uk.

Both meetings will follow the same formula and will include a comprehensive program of presentations from existing Titian customers and leading staff members, and a Gala Dinner. The program will include case study examples of Mosaic in use, new features, and hints and tips on how to make best use of the system.

These will be accompanied by a series of round-table discussions which will focus on key topics. This interactive forum will enable Mosaic users to share experiences, successes and challenges, while benefiting from direct access to Titian’s industry-experienced applications consultants and software developers. As a result, users can be confident that they are using their Mosaic software to the best of its capabilities for optimal performance.

Mosaic optimises the tracking, ordering and preparation of small molecule compounds, biological samples and reagents. It also provides users with workflow management modules and integration with automated stores, liquid handlers, sample handling robotics and a variety of laboratory automation systems.

The software streamlines sample management processes in both small and large operations, and has already been chosen by 13 of the Top 20 bio-pharmaceutical companies for their sample management needs.
