Azlon® wide mouth multi-lingual wash bottles
Oct 07 2015
SciLabware is pleased to introduce several new additions to our range of popular Azlon multi-lingual DripLok® vented and non-vented wash bottles.
This year SciLabware has launched further language options to the highly popular Azlon® multi-lingual wash bottles making them now available in four regional language combinations. These language regions are shown in the attached table. The full range is available internationally through our network of distribution channels.
Each Azlon® multi-lingual wash bottle gives users information and instructions for use with a range of common laboratory solvents. The bottles are colour coded and are printed with chemical names, CAS number and formula for ease of identification together with safety instructions in up to four European languages. They are printed with USA National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) diamond symbols and information required by European labelling legislation, including the new Globally Harmonised System (GHS) hazard warning pictograms.
We have also extended our solvent range with the launch of two new Azlon multi-lingual wash bottles for Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) and Dichloromethane (DCM). These are constructed from polypropylene (PP) which offers improved resistance to these solvents.
To complement these products Azlon has also released a new range of multi-lingual OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) wash bottles. In addition to NFPA and GHS symbols these display pictograms indicating the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for the relevant solvent.
Azlon wash bottles are offered in a variety of designs and sizes from 250ml, 500ml and 1000ml for general and specific applications. They are available non-vented and vented to prevent solvent loss. Replacement coloured caps are also now available for all wide neck wash bottles.
All our vented wash bottles use the unique Driplok® vapour venting technology which is specifically designed to let vapour to escape. This prevents pressure from building up and stops air from getting into the solvent. The result is no more hazardous drips or dribbles and an accurate, continuous, dispensing stream.
