Gas Generators For The Labooratory

Jan 16 2012

Sonimix 2106 Gas Divider

The sonimix 2106 is the ideal product to mix and dilute high concentrated gas cylinders. Using the technology of sonic nozzles, this device will give the best accuracy (0.5% relative) and repeatability (0.2% relative) on the market. The range of the device goes from a 10 dilutions steps up to a 1024 dilutions steps. The sonimix 2106 line is the best product for the linearisation of gas analysers and sensors. Available options: compatibility with corrosive gases, RS 232, remote command, ISO 17025 calibration certificate, GasCal software.

Hydrogen Generators

LNI Schmidlin SA has developed two different types of hydrogen generators. PG-H2 and NM-H2 series are ATEX certified and have capabilities for cascading.

Both models employ’s the newest membrane technology available and includes the exclusive no maintenance auto drying technology. The pure gas (99.9999%) is ideal for operation with gas analysers, as fuel gas for flame tools, all  kind of carrier gas application, like GC and GC-MS (mass spectrometry) and as safe source of pure hadrogen in plasma chambers and other isolated environments.

Whisper Nitrogen Generator

The Whisper nitrogen generator has been developed using the menbrane technology to meet the specific  requirements in terms of flow, purity and pressure in LC-MS applications. It can also be used for the evaporation of
solvents in samples being analysed. The model exists in different flow rates, with or without internal compressor. A specific model called Whisper Hybrid has been specially designed for ABI LC-MS applications.

Air Generators

Three versions are available:
Air Station: includes a quite built-in air compressor for to supply oil free and dry air.
GC / Zero Air Station: includes (for the station) a built-in compressor for to supply oil free and dry air. A catalytic oven removes the hydrocabons down to 0.1 ppm.
GT / Ultra Zero Air Station: includes (for the station) a built-in compressor for to supply oil free and dry air. A catalytic oven removes the hydrocabons down to 0.1 ppm and in addition a set of specific PSA filters to remove the CO2, CO, HC, NOx, SO2 and O3 contaminants and moisture down to 0.1 ppm. Typical flow rates for the instruments are from 1.5 L/min to 30L/min. The uses of air generators reduce the operating costs significantly.
