Maximum Performance – Minimum Space
Nov 04 2014
When space is scarce but routine applications require high performance, then the answer is JULABO Cryo-Compact Circulators.
JULABO presents the compact cooling circulators of the CF series with working temperatures ranging from -40°C to +200°C. These units can be installed in the tightest of spaces or inside of technical applications. All models are equipped with pump connections for external temperature control applications, for example distillation applications or mini-plants. An integrated bath permits the temperature control of smaller objects e.g. sensors.
JULABO Cryo-Compact Circulators are available in Economy and HighTech series. The pressure pump of the Economy series has a pump pressure of 15 l/min, 0.35 bar maximum. The particularly strong pressure and suction pump of the HighTech series is electronically adjustable from 22 to 26 l/min, from 0.6 to 1.1 bar respectively. For temperature monitoring the Economy units feature a LED display. HighTech units feature interactive user guidance via VFD and LCD display.
Both series have an integrated RS232 interface. In addition the HighTech units have an RS485 interface.
Furthermore the HighTech units feature a 3-point calibration and a connection for an external Pt100 sensor to measure and control external applications. An integrated programmer permits creation and control of measurement and control tasks depending on temperature and time.
Both series provide units with a heating performance of 2kW. All Cryo-Compact Circulators fulfill the class 3 requirements according to DIN12876-1.
An important advantage of all JULABO cryo-compact circulators is their robustness and reliable performance even at ambient temperatures up to +40C.
The Cryo-Compact Circulators meet the highest and globally proven JULABO quality standards. For the operator this guarantees the highest temperature stability due to modern microprocessor electronics and maximum safety due to reliable warning and safety functions.
