Go Digital, Trust Digital and Have Watertight pH Measurement
Nov 07 2007
Memosens eliminates the problems of moisture ingress, leakages and corrosion. Its inductive, plug-in connection and bayonet lock offer complete galvanic isolation. Inside, the sensor's unique capabilities are enabled by its integrated circuit board, which offers a wealth of possibilities: manufacturing data, current sensor properties and sensor history can all be recorded and used as a basis for predictive maintenance. It also stores calibration data, along with other important information such as overall time in operation, and maximum/minimum pH value and temperature.
Memosens sensors can be pre-calibrated under optimum conditions in the laboratory and then simply replaced in the measuring point - eliminating the problems associated with difficult-to-access measuring points! The sensors identify themselves within the application - each measuring point recognises its individual sensor, providing a significant reduction in downtime. What's more, sensors that once had to be thrown away can now be checked and regenerated, e.g. by cleaning in the laboratory, so that sensor lifetime is considerably increased. And, thanks to the pre-calibration, work in hazardous areas is minimal.
The Memosens system is the complete package: it even offers solutions right through to problem-solving and troubleshooting. The Memocheck CYP02D service tool provides a quick and easy test of wiring and installation. It can also be used on-site to troubleshoot a system which has already been commissioned, to establish possible causes of error. By using the complete family the Memosens digital pH sensor, the Memocheck Plus CYP01D qualification tool and the Memocheck CYP02D service tool - you'll have peace of mind of knowing that all your measuring points are working at optimum efficiency and productivity.
