The Nano Spray Dryer B-90 is specifically designed for the early stages of product development. It meets the requirements in the pharmaceutical, food, advanced materials and nanotechnology industries for aqueous or solvent based solutions, nanoemulsions or nanosuspensions.

Millions of precisely sized droplets with very narrow distribution are generated every second by means of a piezoelectric driven spray head, vibrating a thin membrane with an array of micron-sized holes. The dried particles are separated by an electrostatic particle collector with excellent particle recovery rates for samples quantities within the milligram range.
