Distillation Record - Store and Visualise Your Process Data

Whether you work in a pharma, academia, or environmental laboratory, or you analyse food, feed, or beverages: If you need to store and visualise your distillation process data you are now able to do it with ease thanks to the unique Büchi Distillation Record Software. As soon as you have the vacuum controller connected to your PC the software will keep track of the evaporation process.

With a system consisting of a Rotavapor R-210/215, a Vacuum Controller V-850/855, a Vacuum Pump V-700/710 and a recirculating chiller F-105/108 you have a system where all instruments interact with each other. During the evaporation process, the set and actual temperature of the heating bath, the vapour temperature of the solvent, the cooling temperature of the recirculating chiller and the actual pressure in the system are recorded. The Büchi Distillation Record Software records all your parameters, continuously, during the entire distillation process.

The recording process starts with a simple push of a button, so you won't miss a single step in the evaporation process. All the necessary information is graphically displayed whenever you need it. The charts are updated online for immediate interaction. The intuitive menu and self-explanatory icons offer extreme ease of use. Furthermore, it is possible to customise the appearance and visualisations of the charts. After the evaporation process, the data can be exported as comma separated values (.csv) for further analysis. The recorded files can be saved locally or on a network drive. It is also possible to generate a PDF report which can be configured to your individual needs, showing only the data you are interested in. The software also works with an Industrial Rotavapor R-220 SE instrument.
