Bright Instruments have been gaining market share in the Microtome and Cryostat sector with the launch of it’s latest instruments. Bright's machines have long been regarded as providing the best and most consistent cuts in the market and are used by many leading Medical and Scientific Organisations, see what our customers are saying about us here, and our focus on improvement and innovation continues.

Bright Instruments Limited is a privately owned business. We supply a quality range of cryostats, microtomes, freezing units and accessories to pathology, histopathology, immunology, life sciences, research and industrial testing & quality control laboratories world-wide.

We have established a reputation for imagination, innovation and determination, supported by an ability to deal with some of the largest and best known research and medical institutions in the world.

Being small, the company can adapt faster than most. Each instrument ordered can be individually tailored to suit the customer's requirements and you'll find that no other company can offer a choice as wide as ours. Many features can be retro-fitted, thus ensuring the best possible solutions to the customer's needs.

Bright Instrument Company Limited's forward looking policy of product development continues. Our product list grows regularly with the development of new instruments and accessories, each with its own individual characteristics that reflect today's ever changing world of technology.

The company takes great pride in past achievements and the standards set. To ensure these standards were maintained, and to ensure continuing improvements, a Quality Management System (QMS) that complied with BS 5750 Part Two was put into place in 1987. Progress along the road of quality has continued and we fully comply with the internationally recognised standard BS EN ISO 9001:2008 for which we are continually assessed by the British Standards Institute (BSI). The standard shows our ability to manage and produce quality products to pre-set standards, meeting and, where possible, exceeding our customer's and the market's requirements and expectations.
