On-Demand Liquid Nitrogen Generator

May 13 2016

The Asynt CryoSyn is a unique on-demand generator (available in 10, 20, 40, 60 and 120L capacity models) which generates liquid nitrogen and nitrogen gas for industrial, medical, food and agricultural, biological and general laboratory applications.

Traditionally, using liquid nitrogen (LN2) has required organisations to invest in expensive storage infrastructure and be reliant on tanker deliveries. The Asynt CryoSyn eliminates the need for storage and transportation of LN2 thereby making its use more convenient, reducing running costs and eliminating traditional evaporation / contamination problems.

Generating nitrogen on demand the CryoSyn is the perfect device for supporting cryogenically cooled NMR spectrometers as well as cryopreserving blood, food, reproductive cell*, stem cell and microscopy samples.  The same unit can also be used to provide nitrogen gas for researchers in analytical departments or those that require inert reaction conditions.

The CryoSyn control system gives operators all the information necessary to ensure an efficient and consistent supply of LN2 and nitrogen gas is always available. Designed to ensure high operational safety, the CryoSyn operates automatically and provides information on nitrogen flow, trend graphs, service alarms and records.  Operating off a single phase electrical supply the 10, 20 and 40L CryoSyn units are fully mobile, fitting through a standard doorway, and can therefore be easily moved between locations. There is no other LN2 generator quite like it.

Offering a typical return on investment in less than two years, the Asynt CryoSyn generator provides the flexibility of delivering LN2 / nitrogen gas where and when you want it, even into remote or hard-to-reach areas.
