Dec 07 2009
LAB AIR STATION’s are avaialbe in 3 version:
AIR STATION includes a quite built-in air compressor for to supply oil free and dry air.
ZERO AIR STATION includes a built-in air compressor for to supply oil free and dry air . A catalytic oven removes the hydrocarbons down to 0.1 ppm.
ULTRA ZERO AIR STATION includes a builtin air compressor for to supply oil free and dry air . A catalytic oven removes the hydrocarbons down to 0.1 ppm and in addition a set of PSA filters and specific scrubbers, to remove CO2, CO, HC, NOx, SO2 and O3 contaminants and moisture down to less than 0.1 ppm. The typical flow rates of the LAB ULTRA ZERO AIR STATION are 1’500 Nml/min up to 30’000 Nml/min. The use of the LAB AIR STATIONS instead of gas cylinders reduce the operating costs significantly.
